LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens Gets New Trailer To Celebrate Star Wars Day

Today is a very special day for the Star Wars franchise, and in celebration of the Star Wars Day, Warner Bros. has released a brand new trailer for the upcoming LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens, the new entry of the LEGO Star Wars series launching next month on consoles and PC.

The new LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens, which can be found right below, showcases the game's six "New Adventures", side missions which cover some of the events that have happened between Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens

· Rathtar Hunting – Follows Han Solo and Chewbacca’s voyage to capture the ravenous Rathtars.
· Lor San Tekka’s Return – Uncovers secrets behind Lor San Tekka’s journey to the Jakku Village.
· Poe to the Rescue – Details Poe Dameron’s daring rescue mission to save Admiral Ackbar.
· Crimson Corsair– Explores how the notorious Outer Rim pirate, the Crimson Corsair, foiled the plans of the First Order.
· Trouble Over Taul– Follows the events leading up C-3PO’s acquisition of his new red arm.
· Ottegan Assault– Reveals a puzzle piece to how the Resistance and the First Order find Lor San Tekka on Jakku.

The previous LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer has been made available one month ago, and it showcased some of the game's features and mechanics such as Blaster Battles, Multi-Builds and more which will expand the LEGO gameplay experience in interesting ways.

Blaster Battles – Players can now engage in intense Blaster Battles, seeking cover behind nearby objects, which is a first for a LEGO game. Characters can then pop out from the safety of cover to fight enemies with blaster fire.

Multi-Builds – The enhanced Multi-Builds system allows players to choose from multiple building options to solve a puzzle and advance the game in different ways. For the first time, t he same pile of LEGO bricks can be used in multiple ways, with the player building and re-building different objects for different purposes.

Flight Gameplay – Experience the thrill of high-speed, action-packed flight gameplay like never before, piloting iconic vehicles (including the legendary Millennium Falcon) through arena-based battles and dogfights in space.

Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens will launch on June 28th on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii U, 3DS and PC.
