Warhorse Studios has released Kingdom Come Deliverance Patch 1.3.1 for PC which is aimed to improve CPU load balancing, but apparently, it also messed up some of the advanced graphic settings.

Kingdom Come’s 1.3 update was released for PC some days ago, and hotfix 1.3.1 was released shortly after to further optimize the game for PC players. Unfortunately, this hotfix also “screwed Advanced Graphic Settings”, according to creative director Daniel Vávra, and he advises not to fiddle with those settings until a new hotfix, likely patch 1.3.2, is deployed. Whether patch 1.3.1 is actually the 1.4 patch that Vávra mentioned earlier is unknown for now.

In another tweet, the creative director pointed out that “weird” behavior following patch 1.3 might be related to some game mods. In addition, Vávra writes that those who experienced quest-related issues prior to the 1.3 update should restart the quest from a previous save.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance is available now for both PC and consoles.
