Yesterday we witnessed renders of the iPhone XI 2019 surface online, alongside a report for the device's design and dimensions. So, take a look below for more details.

Apple's 2019 iPhone XI Max Will Be Slightly Thicker Than Its Predecessor Suggests Latest Leak For The Device

The latest set of renders are once again from Onleaks, who has collaborated with the Indian site Cashkaro. Their contribution presented us with renders and design details of the iPhone XI 2019 yesterday, and today, the pair is back with the 2019 iPhone XI Max. As is the case with nearly every leak from Onleaks, this one also provides us with three pieces of critical information. The first is a set of renders depicting the 2019 iPhone XI Max from all directions. The second piece is information for the device's dimensions and the third bit shares details for design changes.

Before we can take a look at the differences between the iPhone XI 2019 and the iPhone XI Max, we'll have to first take a look at the details mentioned in today's report. Starting off from the XI Max's renders, Apple's rumored triple camera setup and a new mute button are present on the device. The Cupertino tech giant is rumored to add a new Super-Wide angle camera sensor on the device this year, bringing up the rear sensor count on the iPhone to three.

Dimensions for the iPhone XI Max will be similar to its predecessor. While the iPhone XS Max measures 157.5 x 77.4 x 7.7 mm, its successor will have dimensions of 157.6 x 77.5 x 8.1mm. As you can see, while the 2019 iPhone XI Max will be similar in length and width to its predecessor, the device will be 0.4mm thicker without the camera bump. When compared to the iPhone XI 2019, the iPhone XI Max is noticeably large.

Design wise the devices are similar, but today's render also hint at a potential new color option for the smartphone. As you can see above, renders for the iPhone XI Max are in silver and the rear camera setup blends in rather nicely with the smartphone's back. This look contrasts with earlier renders of the iPhone XI 2019 that show the camera setup with a black background that is at odds with the device's back panel.
