Intel's most powerful ultra-power-efficient chips will operate in a much higher TDP range compared to predecessors. Here are all the leaked specifications of the Intel Wildcat Lake.

Intel Wildcat Lake Specifications Unveiled: 1/2 P-Core + 4-LP-E Cores, 15-35W TDP, up to 4.8 GHz Turbo, and 2 Xe3 iGPU Cores

With Intel's Wildcat Lake launch approaching, the SKUs and specifications have started surfacing on social media. Some specifications have been confirmed by the latest leak, and it's probably the biggest leak we have on the lineup yet. Recently, we saw an entry-level Wildcat Lake SKU and its specifications leaked. We weren't sure if the CPU could have a 1+4 core configuration, but it looks like such a processor exists.

It is the Intel Core 3 304, which features 1 P-Core and 4 LP-E-Core configuration with a TDP of 15W. Apparently, the 15W is its base TDP, while the Turbo power is much higher. Unlike the Alder Lake N and Twin Lake, the Wildcat Lake, aka Core 300 series, offers a TDP range of 15-35W. This is much higher than the previous generations that operated in the 6-7W TDP range.

As far as the core count goes, except for the Core 3 304, every SKU features a 2 P-Core + 4 LP-E Core configuration, which coincides with the previous reports. The flagship SKU will be the Core 7 360, boasting up to 4.8 GHz of P-Core Turbo and up to 3.6 GHz LP-E Turbo clock. The base clock for all SKUs will be 1.5 GHz for the Performance cores and 1.4 GHz for the LP-E cores. Remember that these are the same Cougar Performance and Darkmont LP-E cores we have on the Panther Lake lineup.

The Wildcat Lake won't feature any Efficient cores and will strictly bring a 1/2+4 core configuration as seen in the slide. As for the iGPU, the Wildcat Lake chips will have 2x Xe3 cores, featuring a Turbo clock of up to 2.6 GHz. The GPU core clock will vary depending on the SKU and will feature 9-21 AI TOPs of power. The NPU won't be as strong as you find on the Panther Lake, and will deliver 15-17 AI TOPs of performance.
