The Professional variant is likely to enter the market soon, but what about the Consumer variant?

Intel is Expected to Release Arc Pro B70 with the BMG-G31 Die, Featuring 32 GB VRAM

The BMG-G31 appears to be ready to be deployed in newer Battlemage GPUs, but unfortunately, these may not be the consumer variants at the time of writing. If you remember one of our previous reports on the BMG-G31, you might be aware of the leak that suggested the GPU die will end up in both Professional and Consumer variants. It's expected that there will be three pro variants and one for the gamers.

Today, the prominent leaker @Jaykihn0 posted that the Arc Pro B70 is coming "soon". This is the professional variant that will utilize the Xe2-based Battlemage BMG-G31 die, which has been leaked numerous times. We have lost count of how many times we have reported on the GPU, but Intel has kept its silence. It's not that the BMG-G31 doesn't exist, but Intel refuses to give any launch date for the Arc B770.

If the leaker's report is true, the Arc Pro B70 will be the first GPU to utilize the bigger G31 chip that is expected to bring 32 Xe2 cores or 4096 shaders. @Jaykihn0 confirms that the Arc Pro B70 will bring 32 GB memory capacity, which means it's equipped with a 256-bit memory bus.

The current fastest Battlemage GPU, Arc Pro B60, delivers 24 GB GDDR6 VRAM, and the 8 GB additional VRAM on the Pro B70 will make it more appealing for intensive workloads, positioning itself as an affordable RTX 5090 alternative in select workloads. It is also reported that Intel will launch new variants in the Arc Pro lineup besides the Arc Pro B70, such as the Arc Pro B65.

That said, we have already speculated that the consumer variant, aka Arc B770 will have 16 GB GDDR6 VRAM, which aligns with this report. As far as the power consumption is concerned, the Pro B70 should be rated at nearly 300 W, but we will wait for more reliable reports.
