Intel has released its latest Game On driver, 5379 WHQL, which brings another round of huge FPS uplifts for Arc A-Series GPUs & Core Ultra CPUs.

Intel Game-On Driver Boosts Performance By Up To 172% For Arc GPUs & Core Ultra CPUs, Four New Games Supported Including Diablo IV With Ray Tracing & Horizon Forbidden West

It's fair to say by this point that Intel's software division is really putting in the extra time by not only working on new game support in the latest Game On Drivers but also making sure that the performance in existing titles is up to mark. The company has brought in some big performance improvements in previous updates and the latest release once again pushes things further with a +172% uplift.

While the performance improvements are mentioned below, it should also be noted that the new driver is offering support in four new titles which include Diablo IV (Ray Tracing) Update, Dragon's Dogma 2, Horizon Forbidden West, and The Legend of the Condor Heroes.

Besides the games and performance improvements, there are also a few Arc and Core Ultra-specific bug fixes that resolve a few crashes associated with running Counter Strike 2 in Vulkan API and corruption when Alan Wake 2's global reflection settings were turned off.
