Intel To Offer 14 Panther Lake "Core Ultra Series 3" CPU SKUs, Offering Up To 5.1 GHz Clocks, 16 Cores, & 12 Xe3 iGPU Cores

The latest information on the Intel Panther Lake "Core Ultra Series 3" CPU SKUs comes from none other than @jaykihn0. According to the insider, the lineup will consist of a total of 14 SKUs, which will feature in four diverse segments. These segments include the top 4+8+4 SKUs with 12 Xe3 iGPU cores, the 4+4+4 SKUs with 10 Xe3 iGPU cores, the 4+0+4 SKUs for mainstream platforms, and the entry-level 2+0+4 SKUs.

Starting with the lineup, the Intel Core Ultra X9 388H will be the top SKU of the family, and will utilize the full die with 4 Cougar Cove P-Cores, 8 Darkmont E-Cores, and 4 Darkmont LP-E cores. The CPU will have maximum clock speeds rated at up to 5.1 GHz, while the iGPU will feature 12 Xe3 cores, likely named the Arc B390, and will feature clock speeds between the 2.5 - 3.0 GHz range. The same die will be featured on other SKUs such as the 386H, 368H, 366H, 358H, and 356H, but vary in terms of clock speeds & the iGPU configs.

Next up are the two 4+4+4 SKUs, which will feature the 10 Xe3 iGPU called Arc B370. These SKUs include the Core Ultra 5 338H & the Core Ultra 5 336H. These chips will offer clock speeds of 4.7 GHz & 4.6 GHz, respectively. Then we have the 4+0+4 dies, which will cover the Non-H SKUs, and are designed for more mainstream platforms. These include four SKUs: the Core Ultra 365, 355, 335, and 325. The chips will likely feature the 4 Xe3 iGPU and offer clock speeds as high as 4.8 GHz.

You can check out some performance leaks for the Core Ultra X7 358H and the Core Ultra 5 338H, here and here.

Lastly, we have the entry-level "U-Series" which includes two Intel Panther Lake "Core Ultra Series 3" CPU SKUs, the 332 running at 4.4 GHz and the 322, also running at 4.4 GHz. Both chips will feature the 2+0+4 configuration, and will be power optimized around 15-28W. These will feature just 2 Xe3 cores.

With that said, Intel's Core Ultra Series 3 "Panther Lake" CPUs will be officially unveiled at CES 2026 with availability planned for January 2026. Intel is expected to release one SKU later this year, which will power premium devices, so stay tuned for more information.
