Intel's Innovation events are annual affairs during which the company talks about its roadmaps for future products. Last year, Intel presented its latest roadmap for client and servers ranging from its Core to Core Ultra, Xeon and Gaudi / GPU families. So what's going to be Intel's agenda for 2024's Innovation event? Well, we are very likely to see the launch of Intel's Arrow Lake Desktop CPUs and an update on the mobile front too. These Core Ultra 200 CPUs will spark the next chapter in the client CPU segment while the company is also expected to hard launch its high-end Granite Rapids-AP Xeon CPUs, reports Benchlife. Besides that, Intel will be providing an update on its Gaudi 3 AI accelerators which are expected to make $500 million in revenue this year.
The focus is on AI PC, so the key role will definitely be on Lunar Lake. In addition, Intel Innovation 2024, which will be held in San Jose, USA on September 24 and 25, is more important, and it is confirmed that Intel will release the Intel Xeon 6 series processor code-named Granite Rapids-AP at this event, while Intel Gaudi 3 is expected to be released in Shipping starts in September.
