Intel Lunar Lake "Core Ultra 200V" CPU Lineup Leak Reveals Up To 9 SKUs, Core Ultra 9 288V Flagship With 30W TDP 1

Intel's next-gen Lunar Lake Core Ultra 5 238V and Core Ultra 5 234V CPUs have leaked out & feature up to 32 GB onboard LPDDR5X memory.

Intel's Lunar Lake CPU Launch Is More Closer Than You Think, New Core Ultra 5 238V & Core Ultra 5 234V CPU Leak Reveals On-Package LPDDR5X Memory Configs

It wouldn't be the first time that an Intel Core Ultra 200V "Lunar Lake" CPU has been spotted within the graphics driver log files. The latest one was discovered by @InstLatX64 who not only spotted the Core Ultra 5 234V CPU but also the higher-end Core Ultra 5 238V and the difference between them mainly is the on-package memory layout.

The leaked Intel Core Ultra 5 238V & Core Ultra 5 234V "Lunar Lake" chips are engineering samples listed as LNL-M LP5 & fall under the family: 0x6, model: 0xbd, stepping: 0x1. Intel is expected to replace the Family 6 naming convention a few years from now as reported here.

Intel Core Ultra 5 234V "Lunar Lake" 16 GB CPU:

As per the leak, the Intel Core Ultra 5 238V & Core Ultra 5 234V "Lunar Lake" CPUs feature 8 cores and 8 threads. The Lunar Lake CPUs are based on four P-Core (Lion Cove) & four E-Core (Skymont) configurations and come equipped with on-package LPDDR5x memory. The clock speeds for the chip are rated at 2.10 GHz base & 3.10 GHz boost which are preliminary due to the ES nature of this chip. The Intel Core Ultra 5 238V packs 32 GB of on-package memory while the Core Ultra 5 234V CPU packs 16 GB of on-package memory.

Following are some of the features of Lunar Lake CPUs:

Even more powerful and higher-end Intel Lunar Lake CPUs have also been spotted previously. The two SKUs listed here come with 7 Xe-cores based on the previously leaked information but we are aware of 8 Xe-core variants too which were spotted a while back within the SiSoftware Sandra leak. These CPUs showcased a huge performance uplift over the Alchemist "Xe-LPG" based Meteor Lake & Arrow Lake CPUs. Lunar Lake is also expected to deliver over 100 TOPs of AI performance with its 3x faster NPU, more on that here.

Intel's Lunar Lake CPUs will be rolling out later this year in limited quantities with mass availability in early 2025. Intel will also talk about its future client CPU families at Computex 2024 so we might hear more about these chips in June.
