Intel's Arrow Lake-U "Core Ultra 200U" CPUs Will Feature Updated Redwood & Crestmont Cores
The latest specifications come from @Jaykihn0, who has revealed the specs of four SKUs featured within the Intel Core Ultra 200U "Arrow Lake-U" line of processors for the mobility segment. These CPUs will be designed for low-power platforms, featuring 12, 15, and 28W TDPs.

Starting with the specifications, the top SKU in the lineup is supposed to be the Intel Core Ultra 7 265U, which would feature 12 cores and 14 threads. This will come in a 2 P-Core, 8 E-Core, and 2 LP-E core configuration, which will be the same across the four SKUs. Regarding clock speeds, the top chip will offer a base clock of up to 3.4 GHz and a boost clock of up to 5.3 GHz across the P-cores and up to 4.2 GHz across the E-cores.
The other three SKUs include the Core Ultra 7 255U, Core Ultra 5 235U, and Core Ultra 5 225U. All four chips will feature an Xe-LPG iGPU with 4 Xe-cores clocking up to 2100 MHz, 12 MB of L3 cache, and vPro variants (265U & 235U).
The most interesting detail shared by the leaker is that the Intel Arrow Lake-U "Core Ultra 200U" CPUs will come equipped with Redwood Cove+ P-Cores and Crestmont Enhanced (CME) E-Cores. These will be slightly updated variants of the Redwood Cove and Crestmont cores featured on the Meteor Lake "Core Ultra Series 1" chips, which means that low-power CPU platforms won't take advantage of the newer Lion Cove or Skymont cores which are adopted by the rest of the Arrow Lake stack. Lunar Lake will exist for those who want to get architectural upgrades on thin & light devices.

The same is true for the iGPU which will be based on the 1st Gen Xe-LPG architecture and not feature the newer Xe-LPG+ architecture like the Arrow Lake-H lineup. The Intel Arrow Lake-U "Core Ultra 200U" CPU line is expected to debut early next year at CES 2025 alongside the Arrow Lake-H and Arrow Lake-HX families, so stay tuned for more info.
