Benchmarks of Intel's Entire 14th Gen Non-K Raptor Lake Refresh 65W Desktop CPUs Leak Out 1

More benchmarks of Intel's 14th Gen Non-K CPU such as the Core i5-14600 and the Core i3-14100 have been leaked on Geekbench.

Intel 14th Gen Non-K CPU Benchmarks Continue To Leak Several Months Ahead of Launch, Core i5-14600 & Core i5-14100

Following the benchmarks of the Intel Core i5-14400 10-Core CPU, we now have even more 14th-Gen Non-K benchmarks leaked. The latest benchmarks come from ECMS (Enthusiast Citizen) and include the Core i5-14600 and Core i3-14100.

Starting with the specifications, the Intel Core i5-14600 CPU features a 6 P-Core and 8 E-Core config which totals 14 cores and 20 threads. This chip has a base clock of 2.7 GHz, a boost clock of up to 5.2 GHz, and offers 20/24 MB of cache (L2/L3). The CPU also features a 65W TDP and should retain a similar price to the existing Core i5-13600 at around $255 US.

The Intel Core i3-14100 on the other hand is simply a 4 P-Core model that features 8 threads. This chip operates at a 3.5 GHz base and a 4.7 GHz boost clock with a TDP of 60W. The chip packs 5 MB of L2 and 12 MB of L3 cache and should be priced around $109 US. Both CPUs were tested on the ASRock Z790 Taichi motherboard which is overkill for these Non-K CPUs as Taichi is a high-end 700 series product and these chips are designed for mainstream and entry-level users who will instead be getting entry-level H610/B760 motherboards. The memory used was 32 GB of DDR5-5600 MT/s.

In terms of performance, the Intel Core i5-14600 scored 2785 points in single-core & 16110 points in multi-core tests while the Core i3-14100 scored 2509 points in single-core & 8881 points in multi-core tests.

Compared to the average scores of the Core i5-13600 & Core i3-13100 at Geekbench, the Core i5-14600 sits 15%/29% faster in single/multi-core tests while the Core i3-14100 sits 12%/23% faster in single/multi-core tests versus its predecessor. These are respectable gains but considering that we are only getting a +200 MHz boost, these tests will be the best-case scenario for both chips.

Intel's 14th Gen Non-K CPUs will be hitting retail shelves around CES 2024 so stay tuned for more information in the coming months.
