Simply ask Siri to silence the alarm on your family member's iPhone instead of getting up and manually doing it. Siri will ask for your confirmation to which you can reply "Yes" or "No". You can also tap on the on-screen options on your iPhone. Once you do that, the alarm on your family member's iPhone will be silenced. Take note that you can also perform the operation on the HomePod with Siri enabled.

However, you have to take note that there are some prerequisites to the feature. You have to make sure that the iPhone of your family member is part of your Family Sharing group.
