Today, Cygames revealed that the action JRPG Granblue Fantasy: Relink has surpassed two million units sold across all platforms (PC, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 in the year and a half since launch. The team shared a brief message with the community to thank them for helping with this endeavor:

What began as a Sky Realm adventure in mobile Granblue Fantasy hit home consoles and PC as Granblue Fantasy: Relink. Relink was an immense challenge for Cygames, but I feel that everyone on the development team approached the project with confidence and delivered a game that is brimming with our passion and dedication. After the game was released, the response from around the globe was bigger than we imagined, and we were delighted to have shared the world of Granblue Fantasy with so many people. On behalf of the entire development team, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the players. I've drawn a special illustration to commemorate 2 million copies sold, so I hope you like it!
