George Hotz (Geohot) is being sued by Sony.

George Hotz otherwise more popularly known as GeoHot is currently under litigation by Sony over his new Jailbreak, George will be tried under a variety of acts including.

Among other teammates of the failoverflow team
  • "Bushing"
  • "Segher"
  • Hecto Cantero
  • Sven Peter
  • and of course George Hotz

I guess that GeoHot's wishes of working for the 3 big wigs of the gaming industry backfired, I don't suppose George will be invited to any interviews any time soon until he is out of this litigation :P.

Sony is moving that his activities be halted immediately and they are also moving that all his computer equipment and other items be impounded.

Although lawsuits never do work out maybe Sony can get lucky this one time, George could end up serving time in jail and even end up paying a VERY HEFTY fine to Sony.
