Android 2.2 Froyo Arrives for the Motorola Droid FRF84B

Jun 30, 2010 at 10:59am EDT

Yesterday the Nexus One got official support for Froyo and now a new Google Android OS update, The new Froyo ROM has landed for the Motorola Droid now with the build version of FRF84B but of course this is an unofficial update and you will have to root your device before you can use this.

An online tutorial is available HERE But do remember that your phone can easily be bricked as well if you are not careful so I highly recommend you let someone with experience of Rooting handle this upgrade for you!
