Following its disastrous launch, the game developed by Square Enix started getting more popular with the launch of A Realm Reborn and its popularity only increased in the following years, recently reaching an impressive milestone.

This milestone also coincides with the release of Patch 4.06 and the start of the annual Moonfire Faire event, where players can take part in a new series of quests and even fight Final Fantasy classic boss Ultros.
