Eternal Strands' new trailer debuted at the Xbox Showcase at Gamescom 2024. Yellow Brick Games revealed a brand-new gameplay trailer today, with narration from Chief Creative Officer Mike Laidlaw. This trailer gives players an insight into what they can expect from this third-person action-adventure fantasy game. This is Yellow Brick Games' first title, and it's a hugely ambitious one with a lush and vibrant world.
Eternal Strands occurs in a fully interactive world where players venture into the Enclave. The world has many harsh environments and highly unpredictable weather conditions, including flash freezes and heat waves, which can be devastating to both the landscapes and the players.
The main challenge for the player to complete is beating all nine towering bosses that roam freely through the Enclave. Players will additionally be introduced to something called Epic, the Ark of Stricken Earth, a dangerous entity that can cause significant harm to the players. However, players can utilize this and benefit from harvesting strands from them, which will help them gain new magical powers that can help them on their journey.
Players can craft and reforge their gear, allowing them to tailor the experience to their liking and create a play style that fits them in Eternal Strands. The new Eternal Strands trailer at the Xbox Showcase also revealed the Weaverband, Brynn's unique skilled base camp characters.
In Eternal Strands, you play as Brynn and are joined by fully-voiced companions that can help you on your journey.

- Dahm, the Enchanter - Voiced by Alex Jordan
Players will get to forge bonds with members of the Weaverband, and they can help Brynn with their expedition by giving them helpful gear and guiding her in her decision-making as she uncovers the mysteries and profound secrets of the Enclave.
