The yearly Star Wars celebration is in full swing in Chicago, with the first trailer for the next and last movie in the new trilogy (after which the saga will go on a bit of a hiatus, at least on the big screen) expected to come out of a panel today.

However, Star Wars gamers are mostly waiting for tomorrow's Jedi: Fallen Order panel where Respawn Entertainment is set to reveal their game after almost an entire year of secrecy (it was confirmed to exist at E3 2018, with no additional info provided).

As usual on the popular Reddit platform, fans have already created a dedicated channel for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. EA Community Manager EA_Charlemagne replied in a thread to confidently state that the wait will be worth it, given the quality of the game.

Haha, it's worth it. Don't worry. We've got a solid game here and I'm very confident things are going to go well.

EA_Charlemagne also provided an additional tidbit that is all the more important after the latest reports of BioWare struggling with Frostbite during the development of Anthem. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order has been made with the Unreal Engine 4, a decidedly more developer-friendly platform.

Can confirm. Unreal 4.

Riding on the heels of the enormous success of Apex Legends, expectations for this Star Wars game in development at Respawn are incredibly strong even if we haven't actually seen anything about the game. However, we do know it's supposedly an action/adventure game whose development team was led by Stig Asmussen, formerly Game Director of God of War 3 at Sony Santa Monica. Additionally, renown writer and game designer Chris Avellone also worked on Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, as we previously told you.

In case you're planning to check the reveal live tomorrow, you'll be able to do so on the official EA Star Wars Twitch channel from 2:30 p.m. EDT/11:30 a.m. PDT.

From Respawn Entertainment comes a brand-new action adventure game which tells an original Star Wars story around a surviving Padawan set shortly after the events of Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith. The game will be released Holiday 2019.
