Download iOS 17 and iPadOS 17 beta 2.

The wait is over as beta 2 of iOS 17, iPadOS 17, watchOS 10, macOS Sonoma, and tvOS 17 are now available for download.

Apple's latest barrage of updates is here - iOS 17, iPadOS 17, watchOS 10, macOS Sonoma, and tvOS 17 Beta 2 now available for download

We highly recommend downloading these updates right away. If you've been testing out iOS 17 or iPadOS 17 on your iPhone and iPad, then you already know things didn't go so well for you around some corner. Issues ranging from iPhone hitting high temperatures to bad battery life to broken features are part and parcel of beta software.

Hopefully, the new updates will fix some of those issues while adding polish to some key areas. But, if you're hoping that this is going to magically transform the beta software into daily driver material, you might want to dial your hopes down by a lot.

Anyway, if you're an iPhone and iPad user who went ahead and downloaded the initial beta of iOS 17 or iPadOS 17, here's what you need to do in order to get beta 2:

Download watchOS 10 Beta 2

If you're testing out watchOS 10 beta as well, we highly recommend updating your iPhone first and then downloading this update. If you're done updating your iPhone, this is what you need to do:

Download macOS Sonoma Beta 2

The latest desktop operating system is now living its life as a second beta. On your Mac, follow these steps in order to download the latest developer-oriented beta:

Download tvOS 17 Beta 2

Apple has a new version of tvOS in beta that has a brand new FaceTime app. If you're been testing it out on your Apple TV, then make sure you download and install the latest tvOS 17 beta 2.

Please make sure you update everything that is running beta software. If you're extremely lucky, there's a chance Apple has squashed that one bug that was driving you crazy for the past couple of weeks. Along with that, Apple might have thrown in extra features and changes, too.
