After ASRock, ASUS also released its latest BIOS update with the latest AGESA firmware. However, it's still in the Beta version.

ASUS Rolls Out BIOS Update for AM5 800-Series Motherboards with AMD AGESA 1.3.0.0a Firmware

It's clear that major motherboard vendors are well aware of Ryzen 9000 CPU failures on 800-series motherboards. It wasn't just ASRock, which acknowledged the CPU failures on its AM5 motherboards, but recently, ASUS also released a statement considering the dead CPU reports that have been emerging for a long time. Similar to ASRock, ASUS also announced that it is working closely with AMD to investigate the issues, and it's not surprising to see new BIOS updates from the company after ASRock released its latest BIOS updates two days ago.

As spotted by @unikoshardware, ASUS has also released its latest BIOS updates for its AM5 motherboards, specifically for 800-series models. ASRock, on the other hand, released the latest BIOS update for several 600-series motherboards as well. Users can now download the latest BIOS 2101/1640/1641 for the X870/X870E motherboards from the official website either via ROG Forums or the motherboard support pages.

For the B850 series motherboards, ASUS has rolled out BIOS 1640/1641 as listed on the ROG Forums. These BIOS updates carry AMD AGESA's latest 1.3.0.0a firmware, similar to ASRock's latest BIOS updates. Unlike ASRock, ASUS didn't reveal what these BIOS updates will affect in the release notes, but from what we have seen from ASRock's latest BIOS release notes, the updates will likely bring more stability for the CPUs.

It is still unknown how these vendors are mitigating the failures, because neither AMD nor its board partners has come out with the root cause for CPU deaths. Also, keep in mind that these BIOS updates are still in the Beta phase, and therefore, stability isn't guaranteed.
