Buying your first-ever Apple Watch? The SE 2 model is currently discounted to $229 for a limited time.

40mm Apple Watch SE With S8 Chip, Starlight Finish, and Starlight Sport Band Available for Just $229

Apple Watch SE is the cheapest wearable Apple makes, and it features everything you need for the complete Apple Watch experience. For $229, it's an amazing deal.

A lot of people dismiss the Apple Watch SE due to its 'lack of features.' I fully disagree with them as it delivers everything an Apple Watch should. This includes a Retina display, the complete watchOS software experience, heart-rate monitoring, and workout tracking. Anything more than this is a bonus.

Starting things off is the new S8 system on a chip, the new Apple Watch SE is instantly 20% faster than the previous model. Fun fact: it's the same chip you will find on the higher-end models, too, including the Apple Watch Series 8 and Ultra.

Apple Watch SE 2 is water-resistant up to 50 meters, making it ideal for tracking your swimming workouts or wearing at pool parties - whatever you fancy in life. An occasional splash of water will not do anything to this wearable, just keep that in mind.

With the ability to swap bands, you can truly make the Watch SE your very own. Just a fair warning though, if you love customizing your watch, you are going to find yourself in a rabbit hole of various bands and accessories very soon.
