Well, it seems like the dominance of AMD's RDNA 4 GPUs isn't stopping yet, as, according to new sales data, the Radeon RX 9070 XT has managed to disrupt its competition.

AMD's RX 9070 XT GPU Dominates In Weekly Sales At MindFactory; GeForce RTX 5090 Nowhere To Be Seen

With the launch of AMD's RX 9070 series, we saw consumers seeing massive attraction towards the new lineup, not just because of the performance it brought but also due to the way Team Red managed the inventory levels, which ensured that every potential buyer would get their graphics card, unlike its arch-rival NVIDIA. This is now being reflected in consumer sales as well, since even after weeks of official launch, the RX 9070 XT is dominating at MindFactory, one of the largest retailers in the EU.

The sales figures, reported by @TechEpiphany, disclosed that 245 units of the Radeon RX 9070 XT were sold this week at the retailer, which is almost six times higher than the GeForce RTX 5070, and about ten times relative to the RTX 5080. This shows how dominant AMD's RDNA 4 generation has been when you look at the markets with a smaller scope, specific to a retailer, so with this, it is safe to say that in a larger landscape, AMD is undoubtedly performing pretty well in the market for now.

When you look at NVIDIA's RTX 50 series in general, most of the models are out of stock and retailing far beyond MSRPs across major retailers, which simply doesn't make them the right choice. There was hope with the mid-range RTX 5060 series, but their launch is yet again met by MSRP-above pricing, which will simply stir off a consumer's interest. However, with the high demand AMD faces, they, too, aren't able to sustain MSRP pricing, but you can still find plenty of in-stock models.

Interesting, MindFactory didn't sell a single GeForce RTX 5090 GPU, which shows how rare the model is right now in the market. For now, it's all AMD, and by the looks of it, the company also plans to dominate the launch of its more budget-friendly models like the RX 9060 series.
