AMD will be launching its Radeon RX 6750 GRE graphics card in both 12 GB & 10 GB GPU options starting tomorrow.

AMD Radeon RX 6750 GRE GPU Tackles RTX 4060 With 1440P Gaming Performance At 1080P Pricing, 12 GB For Only $289 US

Today, AMD is officially introducing its Radeon RX 6750 GRE graphics card which comes in two flavors, a 12 GB model and a 10 GB model. Both cards are essentially made for 1440p gaming, delivering exceptional value at under $300 US which might make things a little uneasy for the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 GPUs and even AMD's own Radeon RX 7600 8 GB graphics cards that launched earlier this year.

Starting with the specifications, both AMD Radeon RX 6750 GRE graphics cards come with the RDNA 2 core architecture and utilize two specific Navi 22 GPU SKUs. The higher-end Radeon RX 6750 GRE 12 GB model features 40 Compute Units, 40 RT accelerators, 2560 cores, a base clock speed of 2439 MHz, a boost clock of 2581 MHz, and a TBP of 230W. The card features 12 GB of VRAM that is configured across a 192-bit bus interface and operates at 16 Gbps speeds with an additional 96 MB of Infinity Cache.

The AMD Radeon RX 6750 GRE 10 GB model comes with a further cut-down Navi 22 GPU with 36 Compute Units, 36 RT accelerator cores, 2304 stream processors, a game clock of 2189 MHz, a boost clock speed of up to 2450 MHz, and a TBP of 170W. The card offers 10 GB of VRAM across a 160-bit bus interface and operates at 16 Gbps alongside 80 MB of Infinity Cache.

In terms of performance, the AMD Radeon RX 6750 10 GB graphics card is within the 85-90% range of the 12 GB model. The 12 GB variant really flexes its muscles at higher 1440P resolutions while the 10 GB model can serve as a great 1080p solution. Both cards support FSR 3 but Anti-Lag+ support is limited to RDNA 3 GPUs. The cards are clearly targeted at the RTX 4060 at this pricing and would even compete favorably against the RTX 4060 Ti which would have to leverage DLSS 3 & RT to stay competitive.

Even the Radeon RX 7600 which can be found at around $249 US will have a hard time selling against these since it only manages performance close to a RX 6650 XT while the RX 6750 series offers a big performance difference.

As for the design of the cards, they will be available starting tomorrow the 18th of October in the reference MBA designs along with custom designs. The MBA design is the same as the AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT and features an 8+6 pin connector configuration. Custom designs will come from ASUS, Gigabyte, PowerColor, Sapphire & XFX. The card will hit global markets with prices for the 12 GB models starting at $289 US or 2379 RMB while the 10 GB models will retail at $269 US or 2219 RMB.
