The Premier Pro SP600 Series feature the JMicron JMF661 processor and 20 nm-class MLC NAND flash memory which allows the drives to offer up to 360 MB/s of Sequential Read and 130 MB/s Write speeds, with a total random access performance rated at 40,000 IOPS 4K random reads, and 30,000 IOPS 4K random writes.
