Newegg Lists ZOTAC RTX 5070 Ti and RTX 5080 APOCALYPSE Editions for $849 and $1249, respectively
The ZOTAC's APOCALYPSE lineup, which never made it outside of China is making its first debut in the NA region. This year, ZOTAC released two APOCALYPSE editions in the GeForce RTX 50 lineup, namely: GeForce RTX 5070 Ti and RTX 5080 APOCALYPSE GPUs. These two bring the Apocalypse Girl character-themed design to the GPUs, and its distinguished appearance is appealing to a lot of fans.
Both of these are listed on Newegg officially and have been released already. The ZOTAC Gaming RTX 5070 Ti APOCALYPSE OC edition is listed at $849, $100 higher than the MSRP of the base RTX 5070 Ti edition. Similarly, the ZOTAC Gaming RTX 5080 APOCALYPSE OC with an identical design is available for $1,249. This is $250 higher than the base MSRP of the RTX 5080 GPU.
Not just Newegg, but the official ZOTAC online store has also listed the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16 GB and RTX 5080 16 GB APOCALYPSE OC editions for $849 and $1,249, respectively. The APOCALYPSE design brings a triple-fan design, offering vibrant colors and "aggressive", geometric lines with angular contours. The heatsink uses IceStorm 3.0 advanced cooling solution and BladeLink Fans that feature the FREEZE Fan Stop feature that stops the spinning of fans in idle mode.
At the back, it boasts a metal frame and a white-accented backplate that is ventilated for proper airflow. Design-wise, it looks great, particularly when it comes to aesthetics, as its middle fan exhibits "The Ring Of Fire" effect with "Mirror-Like Pulse" lighting. Users can utilize the Spectra 2.0 ARGB lighting software to further control and customize the lighting effects, but the other two fans don't carry any RGB lighting.
Specs-wise, the RTX 5080 APOCALYPSE OC boasts a boost clock of 2730 MHz, which is 113 MHz higher than the base edition. Similarly, the RTX 5070 Ti APOCALYPSE OC also boasts a good 120 MHz higher boost clock. Considering the APOCALYPSE editions have already made it to the NA region, these GPUs may hit the shelves in other regions as well in the near future.
