AMD's board partner, PowerColor, has debuted custom editions of the newly launched AMD RDNA 4 GPUs, i.e., Radeon RX 9070 XT and Radeon RX 9070. These GPUs were already teased several times before, but this time, their specifications and features are official.

In the press release, PowerColor announced that the RX 9070 XT and RX 9070 will be sold under three different families, namely the Red Devil, Hellhound, and Reaper series. The Red Devil RX 9070 XT and RX 9070 GPUs will boast the most premium design of all and will feature factor-overclocked cards for maximum performance.

The Red Devil series brings exceptional VRM, Honeywell PTM7950 thermal pads, and premium cooling solutions incorporating optimal heat pipe arrangement on the 12-layer PCBs. Red Devil has always featured stylish designs using a multi-faceted design called Hellstone and this series brings Keystone, which is PowerColor's new control hub. There is also a Limited Red Devil edition for both the RX 9070 XT and RX 9070 for enthusiasts, bringing the Red Devil Metal Keycap.

The next is the Hellhound series, offering the GPUs in both Black and White color schemes. These will feature a good balance of price and performance while offering beautiful aesthetics. The Hellhound regular black-themed RX 9070 series GPUs will boast icy blue LED lighting and a dark mode as well. On the other hand, the Hellhound Spectral White series brings a fully white PCB, shroud, and I/O area.

The third is the Reaper series, which was introduced with the RX 9070 GPUs and features a plain and simple GPU design. The GPUs do bring the Honeywell PTM7950 thermal pads for efficient cooling and offer decent clocks out of the box. The Reaper Radeon RX 9070 XT features up to 2970 MHz of boost clock in the STD/Silent mode, while the Hellhound and Red Devil editions also bring a dedicated OC mode for higher boost.

The Hellhound and Hellhound Spectral White RX 9070 XT GPUs feature up to 3010 MHz of boost clock in the oC mode and up to 2460 MHz in the Game mode. The Red Devil series features up to 3060 MHz of boost clock in OC and up to 2520 MHz in OC mode.

These GPUs are expected to launch alongside the reference designs on 6th March, which is roughly a week away from now. AMD has priced the reference RX 9070 XT and RX 9070 designs at $599 and $549 respectively, and the custom editions from PowerColor will be slightly more expensive.
