Maxsun has unveiled its brand new MS-iCraft B850 AIGA motherboard, which it says is ready for AMD's next-gen Ryzen CPUs.
Maxsun Brings Next-Gen AMD Ryzen CPU Support & Anime Theme To Its Latest MS-iCraft B850 AIGA Motherboard
Maxsun, known for its anime-themed GPUs in the iCraft series, is launching its brand new MS-iCraft B850 AIGA motherboard.
The motherboard is a full-ATX design that carries some interesting features, with the highlight being support for future AMD Ryzen CPUs. It looks like Maxsun is following other manufacturers who have confirmed next-gen Ryzen CPU support on their current motherboards.
In terms of specifications, the motherboard measures 305x245mm (ATX Form Factor), & features a 50A 16+2+1 phase power design. Power to the motherboard is delivered by two 8-pin connectors. The board also features four DDR5 DIMM slots, which support up to 256 GB capacities at speeds of up to 8400 MT/s.
Expansion slots on the motherboard include two PCIe 5.0 x16 slots (x8/x8 when both are populated), four M.2 slots with two rated at Gen5x4 speeds and two rated at Gen4x4 speeds. There's also a single PCIe 3.0 x1 slot. There are 2 SATA III ports. The motherboard also offers a wide array of USB ports, which include 1 USB 10 Gbps Type-C port, 4 USB 10 Gbps Type-A ports, and 4 USB 2.0 Type-A ports on the rear, & a total of 6 USB ports internally. These include 1 USB 20 Gbps Type-C, 2 USB 5 Gbps, and 3 USB 2.0 ports.
The Maxsun MS-iCraft B850 AIGA motherboard features WIFI 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 support through the Mediatek MT7925 controller, and there's also a 5GbE (Realtek RTL8126) LAN port. Internal connectors include 3 ARGB, 1 NRGB, 1 COM port, 1 Clear CMOS, 1 CPU Fan, 1 Pump, and 4 chassis fan headers.
Maxsun has also included its new PTM UI BIOS, which offers a simplified interface and new options for users. Besides all of this, the new Magic of AIGA theme offers a solid all-black look with anime-themed visuals on the IO cover, the PCH heatsink, and even on the back of the PCB.
Maxsun has yet to confirm the pricing and availability of this motherboard, but it is expected to launch in the coming weeks for global audiences.
