As for AORUS's X3D Turbo Mode 2.0, the tech has a lot of aspects, but the four main features it offers are:

The manufacturer showed off a graph comparing its own X3D Turbo Mode 2 tech to AMD's CPB (Core Performance Boost), and with the feature enabled, you can see that it effectively outclasses AMD's CPB, and the differences start to show up when the system has loaded up.

In terms of performance improvements, the X3D Turbo Mode 2 technology offers a 10% boost in creator apps, up to a 15% gain in gaming titles such as Cyberpunk 2077 versus a Ryzen CPU that is configured at stock, and an overall improvement of up to 35% in multithreaded scenarios.

Another cool feature coming to Gigabyte's ICE motherboard is the use of the M.2 EZ-Flex design for SSD, which ensures that SSDs make full contact with the heatsink and have flexible pressure on both ends of the storage device. The new feature also allows for up to 12 °C temperature reduction versus a regular motherboard design.

Gigabyte is also moving the Wi-Fi Drivers within the BIOS by expanding the size of its Driver flash memory by 2x (64 MB vs 32 MB). This means that the Wi-Fi driver will be stored already within the BIOS, making it easy for users not to worry about installing Wi-Fi drivers when building a new PC or installing a fresh copy of Windows. Users can update the Wi-Fi drivers to a local storage device afterward.

In addition to these three, Gigabyte also has five standard motherboards, which also come with updated designs and include normal B850 and X870 options too.

The company is also preparing a flagship X870E AORUS Xtreme AI TOP X3D motherboard, which will come in an E-ATX form factor and feature some top-notch specs. We can see a lot of cooling in the form of aluminum-finned heatsinks and a massive Gen5 SSD heatsink on the motherboard. The whole board is encased in a top cover with RGB LEDs and features an EZ release mechanism.

Lastly, Gigabyte will also launch the X870E AORUS G X3D, which features a wooden material for a sleeker look while offering top-end specs. With this launch, Gigabyte is now offering Ryzen PC builders with great new options to select from.
