RAM prices have been skyrocketing, and they are now available for 2X-3X their official MSRPs. Still, there are a couple of kits you can buy for "good" prices.

This might be the worst time to buy memory for your PC, but if it's absolutely necessary, then we have a couple of good deals on DDR5 RAM kits. 16 GB DDR5 modules have already crossed $100, but the 32 GB (2x 16 GB) kits are now available at around $250 at the minimum, while some premium kits have crossed $400. So, finding a 32 GB DDR5 RAM kit at under $200 isn't easy right now, and we have just gone through a couple of major retailers like Micro Center, Amazon, Best Buy, and Newegg to see what the current state of RAM kits is.
Surprisingly, we did find a couple of good deals on both DDR4 and DDR5 RAM kits, which should bring the overall PC cost a bit lower. If you want a decent 32 GB DDR5 RAM kit, then consider buying the V-Color Manta XSky DDR5 32 GB (2x 16 GB), bringing specs such as 6000 MT/s at CL36 for just $197 when you apply the $12 promo code. Even without the promo code, it's the cheapest 32 GB DDR5 RAM kit.

If you want a higher speed, then this RAM kit is also available in 6400 MT/s speed and at a tighter CL32 latency. This kit is listed at $227, but with an $8 promo code, the price drops to just $219. Apart from these two, we haven't been successful in finding good DDR5 RAM deals, but if you are still boasting a DDR4 platform, then we have two RAM deals for you as well.
The cheapest 32 GB DDR4 RAM kit is the KingSpec 2x 16 GB DDR4 RAM, rated at 3200 MHz at CL18. It's priced at just $85 right now, but it hasn't been released yet; but will be available for shipping next month. You can pre-order it to secure a kit for yourself, but if you want a DDR4 RAM as soon as possible, the V-Color 32 GB DDR4 3200 MHz CL16 kit is available for only $119. It also offers RGB lighting and has tighter timings than the KingSpec kit.
