Inspired By Hatsune Miku, PC Hardware and Peripherals by ASUS Takes the Center Stage at Bilibili World Event
From making a real 5KG Gold RTX 5090 GPU to creating a dedicated lineup based on an anime character, ASUS is going crazy with its PC hardware these days. Even though the anime-based PC components may not sound as crazy as a real Gold GPU, it's still bold enough to grab all the attention.
I am no big fan of anime and don't know much about Hatsune Miku, but it seems that it has a huge fan base, enough to make ASUS bring it to life by creating every component with its personality.
At the Bilibili World event, ASUS Tony showcased Miku-themed PC hardware and a full PC gaming setup where every component and peripheral is based on this anime character. We have the Miku-themed ROG X870E motherboard that boasts accents on the heatsinks, while taking care of modern features and connectivity. Then we have the ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5080 Miku graphics card, which has a triple fan cooling solution with two black and one teal fans. If that's not enough then Miku is avaiable on the back plate to grab your attention.
We then have the Miku ROG 360mm AIO with a 6.67" AMOLED display. This is the Ryuo IV SLC 360 ARGB cooler with teal border accents and piples connected to the radiator. The whole system will be powered by the Miku ROG Thor 1200W power supply, which is a high-end unit featuring OLED display and 80 Plus Platinum certification. For hosting the components, ASUS is providing a custom Miku ROG Strix Helios II mid-tower that brings the iconic teal and pink color accents to the table.
If that's not enough, then we have the Miku ROG 27-inch gaming monitor, boasting QHD resolution with up to 260Hz refresh rate. As far as the prices are concerned, not much has been revealed except that the ROG Astral RTX 5080 Miku will cost twice the MSRP of the Founders Edition. The components should be available in China, but it's unclear whether ASUS has any plans to supply it worldwide.
