A few hours ago, The Witcher 3 Blood and Wine back cover has surfaced online, featuring a couple of new screenshots that haven't been seen before showing Geralt fight a new monster in what seems like an arena and more. The back cover also mentions a Gwent Card Game, but it's most likely referring to the two real card decks included in the retail edition. You can check out the Blood and Wine back cover right below.
On a related note, CDPR Community Manager Marcin Momot has also confirmed on The Witcher Official Forums that more Blood and Wine screenshots will be coming later today.
