The jailbreak tweak is called Siliqua and its amazing for what it can do. Basically Siliqua bestows Apple's AirPods with more controls and enhances the overall listening experience.

Even though Siliqua does not add any extra buttons or an additional method to control the earphones, all operations are conducted using the existing method of control. This means that the jailbreak tweak will simply work using the existing multiple taps to the earphone.
