Samsung's Ultimate Test Drive proved to be an instant hit, with the Korean giant running out of Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy S6 Edge+ and Galaxy S6 Edge devices in a couple of days. And now, to further entice iPhone users to make the switch to a Galaxy flagship handset, the Korean giant is putting a bribe in place, sweetening the deal even further.
$200 For Giving Up Your iPhone Completely. Not A Bad Deal.
If you do decide to make the switch to a Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy S6 Edge or a Galaxy S6 Edge+, then Samsung will toss in a $100 Play Store gift card into the mix for buying apps, games, movies and more. But that's not all, if you trade in your iPhone with a carrier or a retailer then Samsung will even throw in a $100 cheque as well, that top on top of your trade-in offer.
So basically, if you give up your iPhone completely for a Galaxy device, then you're in for a real treat, and that's the only way you can take advantage of the full deal.
The deal is, of course, available for a limited time only.
According to the fine print, as long as you purchase one of the three eligible phones by December 31, and redeem by January 1, 2016, you'll be able to snag the offers.
The Ultimate Test Drive program is easy to get to grips with. Simply visit Samsung's website, fill out your details, give Samsung a dollar and they'll send you an expensive Galaxy flagship in return for 30 days which you can use to your heart's content. But of course, if you want to keep the handset, then you'll have to pay Samsung the full price as you would for an unlocked device. Lastly, if you happen to damage the device during the test drive period, then Samsung will charge you for that as well. But on the plus side, Samsung will pay for all carrier charges including data, which is a sweet deal if you're asking us.
If you've always wanted to jump to a Galaxy device and wanted some incentive during the process, then there's no better offer than Samsung's at the moment. After all, the company is doing most of the legwork for you already, and you're just a passenger coming along for the ride.
Samsung's latest flagship devices really pack a punch, on paper at least. But, long story short - if you're looking for an Android device with a load of muscle power, then you can rest assured that the Korean giant's smartphones will keep you well covered from start to finish.
