Samsung is plotting to announce its updated Notebook 9 lineup next month that will feature none other than the Intel 8th generation processors, resulting in superior performance and efficiency when opposed to the 7th generation chips. Samsung will intend the notebook to tout extreme levels of portability and feature tons of battery life for a Windows 10-based machine so let us dive in as to the sort of specifications that will be found underneath the hood.

Armed with a Core i7 processor according to Yonhap News, the new Samsung Notebook 9 could also provide support of up to 32GB of memory. According to Intel, its 8th generation family of processors can deliver up to 40 percent performance and what is more interesting to read here is that the ‘U’ series of chips expected to power slim form factor notebooks and other portable machines will now feature quad-core processors instead of dual-cores.
