The next OnePlus will be with us in less than three weeks, with the device expected to be launched by the manufacturer in o July 27th, this year. The OnePlus 2 has seen several leaks and features being confirmed by the manufacturer, the most important of which is the device coming with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 810 on board, an SoC plagued with overheating issues. Aside from these, we should also expect the device to come with a fingerprint sensor, which will be embedded on its rear. As all manufacturers, OnePlus has gone to no little lengths towards building hype around its upcoming device, and has released the first teaser video surrounding the OnePlus 2, which, like the company itself, is rather unconventional as well.
The First OnePlus 2 Teaser Video Is Here - And It Doesn't Show Much
Perhaps OnePlus takes its teaser videos quite literally. If you've taken a look at the video above, then you'll have noticed that it doesn't tell us anything more than what we already know. Its rather simple in nature, and is made up of an interview of OnePlus forum moderator and 'super fan', who has one word for the OnePlus 2: the device is 'awesome'. Or at least that's what were able to gauge from it, as the company deliberately beeps out any other piece of information about the OnePlus 2.
According to the video, the OnePlus 2 will be coming with premium materials on board, which definitely confirms the presence of metal on the device. But as far as other features of the device go, there's nothing to go on from it. Perhaps, like everything else, OnePlus will be un-beeping several sections of the video as we move nearer to the OnePlus 2's launch. The device does look to be in its final stages and its less than three weeks that we get to take a look at what the hype is all about. Like/Dislike the video?
