LG G6 Gets a Wide Case Collection Which Also Reveals the Features Side of the Phone
Premium case manufacturer VRS Design has revealed a slew of smartphone cases for the upcoming LG G6, which is expected to be announced on February 26 at the MWC 2017 trade show. Some of you might already be aware of the cutouts that these cases come with, but irrespective of that information, these cases definitely look stylish to give your G6 a proper makeover.
VRS Design Introduces Three New Cases Families for the LG G6 – Dual-Camera and Rear Fingerprint Scanner Seen Prominently
VRS Design has announced a total of three smartphone case families, and they are listed as follows:
High Pro Shield Series
Crystal Bumper Series
Simpli Mod Series
Layered Dandy Series
For those that don’t know, LG has been using dual-cameras on its smartphones for quite a while now and it looks like the G6 isn’t going to be any different. There are definitely some differences of the flagship that we’d like to point out for you. The LG is going to be IP68 certified and it would provide support for wireless charging at the same time. With this ingress protection, the G6 will join the same ranks as Samsung’s flagships, but you should be informed that water damage is probably not going to be covered under warranty.
There is also a rumor running around that a 32-bit audio DAC will be present and will result in delivering superior sound quality while you’re listening to music through the speakers or with the headphones plugged, suggesting that it is probably to have a marketing campaign targeted to audiophiles. Let us also hope that the handset is the first from the non-stock Android series to feature Google Assistant, and all of these features is definitely going to cost LG some money, and they intend to make it up by charging you a premium.
As far as the latest case collection goes, which one would you purchase if you’re planning on upgrading to the new LG G6? Let us know your thoughts down in the comments.
