iOS 8.4.1 Jailbreak Source Code Released, Download It From Here
iOS 8.4.1 jailbreak source code has been released on GitHub and is available for everyone right now.
An Italian student, named Luca Todesco, has just pushed the source code for jailbreaking iOS 8.4.1 to GitHub. According to the developer, the code can be used to jailbreak your device and you will be able to install OpenSSH. The developer also notes that users should hold back from installing Cydia for the time being if you're making the leap to jailbreak iOS 8.4.1.
The code, which the developer is calling Yalu, is quite technical in terms of usage and might not be for everyone to try out just yet. But given that the source code has been made public, it's a sure shot sign that the iOS 8.4.1 jailbreak solution will be with us sooner rather than later.
At this point in time, it's highly recommended that you hold off from updating to iOS 9 at all costs, provided that you're sitting on top of iOS 8.4.1. We're quite certain that other names in the jailbreak world such as TaiG and Pangu will jump right in to expedite the release process for everyone. Regarding Cydia, we're quite certain that Saurik will work his magic to update the jailbreak store for Cupertino's iOS 8.4.1 firmware for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
If you're interested in giving the whole thing a go, then simply head over GitHub and grab the source code for yourself and take it for a spin. But we highly recommend that you hold back for now and let the finished product hit download channels with Cydia onboard.
The Pangu Team is also hard at work in the background finding a way to bring a jailbreak solution to the public. It was just a couple of months back that the team managed to jailbreak iOS 8.4.1 running on an iPhone 6 and showed it off at a security conference.
With the source code for the iOS 8.4.1 jailbreak out in the wild, we're certain we'll hear more good news in the days and weeks to come, so stay tuned to our coverage!
