  • Launch Settings on your Apple device
  • Tap on Touch ID & Passcode > enter your PasscodePassword
  • Toggle iTunes & App Store to OFF > press Home button to return to the Home screen
  • Reboot your iPhone or iPad.
  • Enter your Passcode / Password at the Lock screen
  • Again, launch the Settings on your iDevice
  • Tap on Touch ID & Passcode > enter your Passcode / Password
  • Toggle iTunes & App Store to ON
