Apple has released iTunes 12.7.5 with minor bug fixes and improvements. Here's how you can download it on Windows and macOS.
iTunes 12.7.5 is Here with Bug Fixes - Download Right Now for a Smoother Experience
Given how much Apple has released today, including iOS 11.4, it would have been unfair if iTunes went away untouched. Today, the company has seeded iTunes 12.7.5 for everyone and it is an extremely minor update. There are no new features in this release and it focuses solely on fixing bugs and improving performance.

First and foremost, launch the Mac App Store, then click on the Updates tab at the top. Let the page refresh for a few seconds and then you will see the latest iTunes update ready for download. Click on the Update button next to it and the download will happen immediately.

Launch the Software Update tool if you already have iTunes installed and download the latest build from there. If not then you can grab the latest update from the Windows Store or by going to apple.com/itunes.
