Apple released the first beta of iOS 9.2 a week back, with the Public Beta build arriving for non-developers shortly after. Today, Apple has released the second developer oriented beta to those enrolled in the Apple Developer Program, and is available as separate download as well as OTA update.

If you already have the first beta of iOS 9.2 installed on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch then simply connect your device to a WiFi network, launch the Settings app and navigate to General > Software Update. The beta 2 update will pop right up and you can subsequently download it and install. Make sure you have at least 50% of battery juice available on your device in order to install the update, otherwise iOS will prompt you to plug your device into a power outlet to proceed.
