Not wanting its users to miss out on any early changes that have come to iOS 9, at WWDC this year Apple announced that it would also be making a public beta of iOS 9 available to the general public, which effectively gave all the iOS affectionados out there without a developer license to take it out for a spin themselves. Downgrade From iOS 9 To iOS 8.4 In Quick And Easy Steps Here

So if you're looking to downgrade to iOS 8.4 from iOS 9, follow these steps to easily go back. The first thing that you're going to need to do is download iOS 8.4 for your device, if you don't have the firmware lying around already, and download iTunes 12.2 from Apple's website. You can download iOS 8.4 firmware from here, and iTunes from Apple's website. After you're done with your downloading, turn off Find My iPhone feature on your device, and connect it to your PC.

Launch iTunes, and make your device enter DFU Mode through pressing the Home and Power buttons on it simultaneously. Release the Power button after you've counted to 15, but continue pressing the Home Button. iTunes should now display a miniature window that resembles the one below:

Now, all you need to do is head over to your device display in iTunes, and press the Restore button while holding the Shift Key if you're on Windows, or the Option Key if you're on Mac. After a while iTunes will prompt you to provide the location of the iOS 8.4 firmware that you downloaded earlier. Simply give it the location and wait.
