Bungie To Deliver “Higher Priority Information” About Destiny 2 Today; Assessment, Goals & More
Bungie has announced that the studio’s leadership will be talking about their assessment of Destiny 2 later today. In addition, they will be talking about its goals for the game going-forward, and how the team is reacting to community feedback.
As covered earlier, the Destiny 2 team would be detailing the upcoming December update for the game this week, but things appear to have changed as community manager David Dague, who goes by the name ‘DeeJ’, posted an update on the official Bungie forums. “Tomorrow, we had planned to conduct the final stream prior to the launch of “Curse of Osiris” to show off some of the weapons and armor the expansion includes”, he wrote. “Instead, we are investing all our efforts into delivering some higher priority information about Destiny 2.”
“You’ll hear from studio leadership about their assessment of Destiny all up, they’ll talk about our goals for the game going forward, and you’ll also learn about how we’re reacting to your feedback with some game updates that will arrive in the next few weeks”, Dague added.
According to Bungie’s community manager, all the information provided will appear on the Destiny 2 blog. Hopefully, the Bungie leadership will also talk about the recent discovery that players have been earning less XP than they should have. As always, we will keep you updated.
Destiny 2 is available now for consoles and PC.
