Apple Rolls Out Invites For Special Media Event On October 23rd
Just moments ago Apple rolled out media invitations for their much speculated special media event on October 23rd. According to the invitation which was rolled out to limited journalists, the event will kick off on October 23rd at 10:00am PT. We all know that Apple loves Yerba Buena Center of Arts for their major events but the Fruit company has changed the venue this time. Apple's special media event will take place at California Theatre in San Jose .
In case you're still wondering what this event is about then prepare yourself for an extensive Mac refresh and the most "talked about" 7-inch tablet of the year -- iPad mini. We've seen countless leaked pictures, leaked parts, mock-ups, fake videos and what not but nothing is confirmed until Tim Cook and Co. presents it on the stage.
Multiple Apple pundits and senior reporters have confirmed the launch of 7-inch variant of world's number 1 selling tablet. Now, it's not about "Apple launching a 7-inch tablet or not" because countless reports suggests that Apple is indeed planning to release a 7-inch tablet but it's more about the pricing and hardware which Apple would introduce. According to some reports, Apple would price their 7-inch tablet somewhere between $250-$350 but that's just a mere guess. We're all well aware of the fact that Apple can surprise us when it comes to the pricing of their products. With this price tag, Apple would target a lower end tablet market in which Androids is dominating the Fruit company.
iPad mini is not the only thing which we're hoping to see on October 23rd. Some reliable sources have also confirmed that Apple is also planning to refresh their Mac lineup in this event. Rumors about a 13-inch Retina MacBook Pro, 21-inch iMac and all new Mac minis are also circling in Apple community. But as always, nothing is confirmed until we see it on the stage.
We will keep you updated on Apple's October 23rd event with our exclusive coverage, stay tuned!
