Microsoft announced a number of new products and upgrades yesterday. In all of this hype over Surface Studio and new Windows 10 upgrade, Insiders might have missed a latest update sent by the company. Windows 10 Insider Preview build 14393.351 is now available to Windows Insiders on the Release Preview ring.

The company had released the same build for Windows 10 Mobile Insider last week. The build is now available to the PC users on the Release, as well. Microsoft hasn’t shared any changelog on the Feedback Hub. But, we will update this post if we see the company sharing any details.

Don’t expect anything big though, as the update is likely to focus on bug fixes and performance improvements.

Microsoft’s Windows 10 plans for 2017

Microsoft talked about the upcoming feature-focused upgrade to Windows 10 at its event yesterday. So far, we have mainly received performance enhancements and bug fixes with the Windows 10 Anniversary Update. However, the company plans to change that with the upcoming Windows 10 update slated for a release in “early 2017.”

Calling it Windows 10 Creators Update, the upgrade would be offered for free to all the Windows 10 users on PC and Mobile. Windows 10 Creators Update focuses heavily on bringing 3D to everyone. With a new Paint 3D app, 3D content creation capabilities in PowerPoint, the software giant plans to bring 3D and mixed reality content creation and sharing tools to all of its core apps in 2017.

Windows 10 Creators Update will also make it easier to connect with those we contact the most with. Pin your favorites right on your taskbar for easier sharing, messaging, emailing, and even “nudging.”
