Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan First Screenshots Surface Online

Platinum Games, the team behind many successful games such as the Bayonettaa series, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, Vanquish and many others, is going to have a very busy 2016. The team is currently working on several titles like Star Fox Zero, Nier: Automata and the delayed Xbox One exclusive Scalebound, as well as a on a yet to be officially announced new game based on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise. Not much has been said about this game, which will be named Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan, but a few hours ago the first screenshots have finally surfaced online, showcasing the game’s graphics and art style.

The new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan screenshots have surfaced online thanks to Pure Xbox and show how the game will employ a cel-shaded style that won’t be too different from the one used in last year’s ¬†action game Transformers: Devastation. As mentioned above, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan has yet to be revealed officially, but we have managed to learn more about its possible gameplay features thanks to a leaked Achievements list which has surfaced online a couple of weeks ago. According to the achievements’ descriptions, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan will feature an online mode, various collectibles, Turbo and Berserk mode, the ability to change controlled Turtle during play and more.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan has yet to be revealed officially, so we don’t when it will be released and on which formats. With the first screenshots out, we will surely learn more about the game soon so stay tuned for all the latest news on this yet to be announced Platinum Games developed action title.
