Croatian team Ironward has been working hard on its twin-stick shooter Solstice Chronicles: MIA for quite some time, and soon players all over the world will be able to see how the game will differ from similar shooters.

Solstice Chronicles: MIA will release on Steam on July 26th in all regions. The game combines the typical features and mechanics of twin stick shooters with others that will make the experience deeper, such as class-based skill trees, upgradable weapons and more.

A new trailer has also been made available, and you can check it out below.

On a related note, if you’re craving some twin-stick shooting action, you can also get The Red Solstice, also developed by Ironward, for a very low price on Steam.

Last year, we had the chance to try out Solstice Chronicles: MIA during Gamescom 2016. The game isn’t going to be a revolutionary release, but some of the mechanics, such as the Threat Level, will help it stand out from the competition.

Solstice Chronicles: Missing in Action is not a revolutionary game by any means, but the Threat Level mechanics, which have yet to be fleshed out fully, may add that twist that will make it stand from the rest of the twin stick shooters now available on the market.

Solstice Chronicles: MIA launches on Steam on July 27th. The game is also scheduled for a PlayStation 4 and Xbox One launch, but a release date has yet to be confirmed for these platforms.
