Bored of those same old tablets from Samsung? Thinking that the hot cakes selling company hasn’t given you any proper gifts lately? Today is that sort of day for the owners of Galaxy Note 10.1 and Galaxy Tab 2! Samsung has released Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update finished with the latest version of the Premium Suite for Galaxy Note 10.1 and Galaxy Tab 2.

Android Jelly Bean for Galaxy Note 10.1 and Galaxy Tab 2 including the Premium Suite will be pushed out Over-the-Air (OTA) and via Samsung’s Kies app.

This new software includes many candy features like Paper Artist, latest iteration of Multi Window, Air View, Easy Clip and the tweaked interface among the many other things.

Between these two tablets, pen-enabled slate Galaxy Note 10.1 gets the better deal. Note 10.1 has got the all of the stylus-related functionalities in the Premium Suite. On the side, Galaxy Tab 2 makes do with those features which aren’t S Pen-relied. Remember that Note 10.1 was stuck with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich for long but now Samsung has made it up for the slate.

One of the most interesting highlight of the Premium Suite for Galaxy Note 10.1 and Galaxy Tab 2 is perhaps the Multi Window, an evolution of the original split-screen interface that we saw at the launch of Galaxy Note 10.1. Now, there is support for fully pinnable and resizable windows, with some fourteen apps enabled for Multi Window support. Those apps include alarm, calculator, contacts, email, browser, Polaris Office, task manager, video player, My Files, Gallery, world clock, music player, S Note, and S Planner. In this new interface it is possible to show the home screen and interact with widgets while in the Multi Window mode.

These updates are additional to the list of features pulled out from the Galaxy S III, like that of Smart Alert (it automatically vibrates when you pick up the tablet and if you have missed and notifications) and S Voice (sort of Siri for Galaxy).

With the Premium Suite and Android Jelly Bean for Galaxy Note 10.1 and Galaxy Tab 2, the two devices will have a complete new look and feel! Have fun while playing with the new features.
