Nokia has announced 4 low-cost cellphones, and interestingly, two have Dual SIM option.
Nokia C2-00 and C1-00: Dual SIM models
Dual SIM models are Nokia C2-00 and Nokia C1-00. Both are low end phones. Nokia C2-00 supports the 900/1800 GSM bands, has 16.5 hours battery, and the second SIM is hot-swappable, which is the first phone of its kind. Other features include VGA camera, GPRS Internet connectivity, Bluetooth and FM radio with broadcast recording, microSD card (up to 32GB), 3.5mm audio jack and MP3 player. It costs 55 USD.
The other Dual SIM model is the C1-00, which is even cheaper, costing 37 USD, it doesn’t have active Dual-SIM i.e it can have 2 SIMs but can use only one at a time, and either of the SIMs can be selected with a shortcut button on the phone. Other features are pretty basic: FM-Radio, Flashlight, 3.5mm jack, and Stand-by time is an amazing 48 Days.
Nokia C1-01 and C2-01: Single SIM models
Singe SIM models are the C1-01 and C2-01. Both C1-01 and C2-01 only have a single SIM card slot, but offer GPRS, Bluetooth, microSD card slot (up to 32GB), 3.5mm audio jack, FM radio and MP3 player. The Nokia also C1-01 features a VGA camera.
