Konami has released the launch trailer for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. The trailer is directed by the mastermind Hideo Kojima himself, and it feels like a send-off to his Metal Gear legacy. You can watch the beautifully moving trailer below.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain has been gathering rave reviews from all major publications, including 10/10 scores from both IGN and Gamespot. The title currently sits at a 95% at Metacritic.

Konami has recently released some comparison screenshots between the PC and PlayStation 4 version of the Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. The higher resolution textures, better shadows and higher draw distance of the PC version is quite apparent as can be viewed in the screenshots here.
