In around one month, select PC and Xbox One players will be able to try out Gwent The Witcher Card Game, the upcoming game based on the popular card game seen in latest main entry of the CDPR role playing game series, thanks to the closed beta. While based on The Witcher 3 Gwent, the upcoming game will come with some brand new features as well as new music, some of which has been recently showcased in a new video.

In a recent Gwent The Witcher Card Game recording session video, which can be found right below, players can listen to one of the new tracks that will be featured in the final game.

During Gamescom 2016 last month, we had the chance to try out Gwent The Witcher Card Game, noting how CDPR is working hard to make the game fun not only for those looking to compete with others, but also for fans of the universe, as the single player campaigns promise to be quite fun. During these campaigns, which will also explore some untold stories, players won’t just have to Gwent games one after the others, but also make some important decisions which may influence the campaign’s final outcome. Despite the many balance changes, which make the experience slightly more balanced, Gwent The Witcher Card Game will feel familiar to all veterans of The Witcher 3’s iteration of the game, so those who have spent hours upon hours playing cards instead of saving the world from the Wild Hunt will have no trouble at all.

Gwent The Witcher Card Game launches on a yet to be confirmed date, with a closed beta coming next month on PC and Xbox One first. We will keep you updated on the game as soon as more comes in on it, so stay tuned for all the latest news.
